What does that mean in real terms?
I’m generally the first port of call for our customers – both existing and new. I establish and develop client relationships to add value to our customer’s businesses and to build Galloway’s sales turnover.
Best bit of the job?
The people …… most of them!
The most memorable/amusing/crazy print request you’ve ever had?
We’ve had them all but one job that stands out was the production of a brochure for a cotton manufacturer. We had nine months of blood, sweat and tears to colour match, ink mix and print over 120 cotton colours – only to discover that the cotton itself couldn’t actually be produced to the same colour consistency. That was a fun one ….!
Is print dead?
I hope not – or we are all in the wrong game! In all seriousness, print is alive and kicking and the industry is as vibrant as ever.
What’s the way forward for print?
Continual improvement, investment and a can- do attitude – straight forward stuff but absolutely fundamental for the industry to succeed.
A little-known fact about yourself?
The number one thing on my bucket list is to cage dive with Great White Sharks.
What’s your super power?
Shapeshifting – the ability to change and adapt at the drop of a hat!
