Today’s case study is about how we have helped satisfy John Lewis digitally printed packaging demands within a very tight set of restrictions.

Business objectives

  • Produce one piece packaging items to display products within John Lewis stores
  • Speed up the ordering process
  • Produce orders and delivery Just In Time due to restricted space issues within production lines at John Lewis
  • Keep corporate branding consistent across the range of products

How we achieved it

  • Each supplier had their own dashboard for ordering all packaging online
  • Integrated online artworking and ordering process
  • Branding consistency achieved through working alongside our external colour specialist GMG Color

  • All orders achieved and processed within 5 working days and delivered to suit client demands
  • Suppliers were able to have more efficient production line as a result
  • The process was therefore rolled out to multiple packaging brands within John Lewis
