GDPR: What is it and what to expect?

We’ve all heard about GDPR in the press and on the news with the impending deadline of 25th May 2018, but there was lots of confusion and uncertainty as to what this would mean in real terms for companies using print as part of their marketing mix. There has been an update and it’s great news for the print industry.

The ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) has decreed that marketing can continue to use print and mail without the explicit permissions needed for email and digital marketing. You can read more about this in the following article at Print Business.
